How To End Systemic Racism: NO Answers Given

Examine these numbers from a 2016

New York Times Magazine article:

1. Ten richest Americans: 100% white
2. US Congress: 90% white
3. US governors: 96% white
4. Top military advisers: 100% white
5. President and vice president: 100% white (except for Barrack Obama)
6. US House Freedom Caucus: 99% white
7. Current US presidential cabinet: 91% white
8. People who decide which TV shows we see: 93% white
9. People who decide which books we read: 90% white
10. People who decide which news is covered: 85% white
11. People who decide which music is produced: 95% white
12. People who directed the one hundred top-grossing films of all time, worldwide: 95% white
13. Teachers: 82% white
14. Full-time college professors: 84% white
15. Owners of men’s professional football teams: 97% white

These are the facts. Once we choose to set aside our defensiveness about them, we wake up to a powerful and distressing truth: racial segregation is still alive and well in modern America.

Yes, these numbers were calculated 4 years ago and much has changed and much has stayed the same...  BUT, what amazes me the most is that VERY LITTLE was done to help the BLACKS when Barrack Obama was PRESIDENT for 8 years...   WHY NOT?

Some of our new leaders believe that if we redirect monies into programs that will help blacks get off drugs, learn to dress and speak properly, retain more knowledge from school, and change their work ethnic so that they will not end up in prison or dead because they shot each other over drugs...  that SYSTEMIC RACISM will start to come to and end...

HOWEVER...  that does not take into consideration all the dormant feelings that exist deep down inside the WHITE MAN...

How do we stop WHITE people from thinking the way they do about Blacks?

How do we stop WHITE MEN from thinking WHITE WOMEN should not marry Blacks?

Why do we see so many BLACK PEOPLE in professional sports that used to be exclusively White?

Why are there not more Blacks in Organized Crime?

Why are there not more INTERGRATED CHURCHES?

So...

here is the real issue facing America about SYSTEMIC RACISM and that is that we know that there is RACIAL HATRED on both sides and we know that this RACIAL HATRED needs to stop...  on this we all agree...  BUT NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO STOP IT OTHER THAN THROUGH LEGISLATION...  which accomplishes virtually nothing...

HOWVER...

we could get a little scientific here and use the latest in medical technology and simply force all WHITES to show up at a MEDICAL CLINIC of their choice and be forced to be ELECTRONICALLY BRAINWASHED...  removing old thoughts and feelings and inserting new ones... with the understanding that these new ones would be more favorable and conducive towards blacks...

BUT...

What about the racism that exists between dark blacks and light blacks?

What about the racism that exists between blacks and Mexicans?

What about the racism that exists towards Latinos and Hispanics?

What about the racism that exists towards Christians and Jews?

What about the racism that exists toward Asians?

What about the racism that exists towards white supremacists?

What about the racism that exists towards Native Americans?

BLACKS    ONLY  REPRESENT
