(CNN)Aliens definitely exist, Britain's first astronaut has said -- and it's possible they're living among us on Earth but have gone undetected so far.

Helen Sharman (left), who visited the Soviet Mir space station in 1991, told the Observer newspaper on Sunday that "aliens exist, there's no two ways about it."

"There are so many billions of stars out there in the universe that there must be all sorts of different forms of life," she went on. "Will they be like you and me, made up of carbon and nitrogen? Maybe not."

Then, in a tantalizing theory that should probably make you very suspicious of your colleagues, Sharman added: "It's possible they're here right now and we simply can't see them."

Sharman was the first of seven Britons to enter space.

Maybe you've never seen any space aliens, but recent polls indicate that up to 6 percent of Americans claim to have been abducted by them. The experience doesn't sound pleasant. The extraterrestrials are often said to take their captives to their saucers, lay them out on a table and extract sperm from the men and impregnate the women.

But an instructor at the University of Oxford in England believes the abductions are real. Young-hae Chi, who teaches Korean at the university, also claims to know what the aliens have in mind. In lectures given at the university, he says they're creating alien-human hybrids as a hedge against climate change. To support his unorthodox theory, Chi notes that for several decades the number of reported alien abductions has risen. He bases this statement on the work of David Jacobs, a retired Temple University historian who has published several books on ufology and who runs the International Center for Abduction Research.  SOURCE:  nbcnews.com

Apparently, systemic racism is like oxygen -- it’s everywhere you look.

And the solution is equity. Not equality. Equity.

Even Joe’s using the word. Does he know what it means? Who knows?

Equality, as you know, means you have the opportunity to try something, even if you're bad at it.

I can try to play basketball. I will suck… but in America, I have an opportunity to try.

Just like I have the opportunity to become an electrical engineer, a pipefitter or a Peloton instructor.

I would suck at those, too, but it’s against the law to discriminate against me.

It’s about equality of opportunity, not equality of outcome.

Which is what equity promises. Equality of outcome. A reserved space based on the single variable of systemic discrimination. Your "equity" becomes an entitlement.

So even though I suck at basketball, there should a place for me in the NBA.

Equity not only ignores competence, but it also reduces the diversity of talent that comes from opportunity -- as well as ignoring how people choose different things.

From my perspective as an instructor, I can give both black and white students an equal opportunity to make an "A" or I have give extra points to the LESS THAN SMART STUDENTS so that every actually receives an "A".

A new galactic survey holds a clue.
The Milky Way is full of habitable real estate, with roughly half of all sunlike stars hosting Earth-size worlds that could be friendly to life.

Here’s a good sign for alien hunters: More than 300 million worlds with similar conditions to Earth are scattered throughout the Milky Way galaxy. A new analysis concludes that roughly half of the galaxy’s sunlike stars host rocky worlds in habitable zones where liquid water could pool or flow over the planets’ surfaces.

“This is the science result we’ve all been waiting for,” says Natalie Batalha, an astronomer with the University of California, Santa Cruz, who worked on the new study.

The finding, which has been accepted for publication in the Astronomical Journal, pins down a crucial number in the Drake Equation. Devised by my father Frank Drake in 1961, the equation sets up a framework for calculating the number of detectable civilizations in the Milky Way. Now the first few variables in the formula—including the rate of sunlike star formation, the fraction of those stars with planets, and the number of habitable worlds per stellar system—are known.

The number of sunlike stars with worlds similar to Earth “could have been one in a thousand, or one in a million—nobody really knew,” says Seth Shostak, an astronomer at the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) Institute who was not involved with the new study.

Astronomers estimated the number of these planets using data from NASA’s planet-hunting Kepler spacecraft. For nine years, Kepler stared at the stars and watched for the brief twinkles produced when orbiting planets blot out a portion of their star’s light. By the end of its mission in 2018, Kepler had spotted some 2,800 exoplanets—many of them nothing like the worlds orbiting our sun.

But Kepler’s primary goal was always to determine how common planets like Earth are. The calculation required help from the European Space Agency’s Gaia spacecraft, which monitors stars across the galaxy. With Gaia’s observations in hand, scientists were finally able to determine that the Milky Way is populated by hundreds of millions of Earth-size planets orbiting sunlike stars—and that the nearest one is probably within 20 light-years of the solar system.   To Read Entire Article, Click Here...

What I find most interesting is the fact that more and more people and organizations are taking this concept of extraterrestrials seriously and accepting it as a real possibility instead of some SCIFI fantasy movie.  In the early 2000's, UFO's and shows like the X-Files made for curious watching by those who somehow found themselves in possession of open minds.  Two decades into the future and now we are seeing the UFO's and extraterrestrials as a real possibility...  even our Federal Government has released files that UFO's are REAL and no longer someone's vivid imagination or weather balloons.

BUT...

there are more pressing questions for some of us, like:

• did extraterrestrials meddle with our DNA?
• did extraterrestrials have sex with human beings?
• do extraterrestrials live among us now?

Federal Agencies Are Now Required to...

The combined COVID-19 relief and federal spending bill passed late last year includes an unusual request: U.S. intelligence agencies have 180 days to tell Congress what they know about unidentified aerial phenomena, or UFOs.

Agencies also have to explain how they collect data and analyze encounters with UFOs, and if the objects pose a threat to national security. Seth Shostak, an astronomer at SETI Institute, says government programs investigating UFOs date back to the early to mid-1950s.

“It's strangely placed, of course, in a law that really doesn't have much to do with any of this,” he says, “but it's certainly not unprecedented.”

In April of 2020, the Pentagon declassified three videos taken by Navy pilots that show unidentified objects flying at high speeds near their planes.

Polls show one-third of Americans believe alien UFOs have visited Earth. Shostak points out that the videos didn’t come as a surprise to people who want to believe.

The videos could show an alien UFO sussing out Earth, he says, but an internal reflection in the aircraft’s infrared cameras could also explain the strange sight.

All three videos were captured by F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter jets, he says. Many people theorize that the videos are a result of problems with the aircraft cameras.

“These videos actually weren't secret videos,” he says. “And you do see some strange things in them. But that doesn't mean they're alien craft.”

The aim of the upcoming report from intelligence agencies is to standardize reporting on UFOs and try to identify the objects, he says. Other similar initiatives, such as a Defense Department program from 2007 to 2012 called the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, share the same goals, he says.

Besides, he questions, why would highly advanced extraterrestrials take such a passive interest in the U.S. military?

In 2016, the election of President Donald Trump changed the political landscape in America at least for a decade or more...

Why?

• Because Trump was an political outsider
• Because Trump was a billionaire
• Because of Trump's accomplishments before COVID
• Because the Democrats spent 4 years trying to remove Trump from Office
• Because Trump supporters divided the country
• Because of the controversial 2020 election 

The downside of any political power game is:  RETRIBUTION and PAYBACK  neither of which helps the general population at all.

Faced with 4 years of a Democratic Agenda, the Republicans will try to resist the Democrats even though the Democrats have the majority in both houses.  While the resistance is FUTILE, it will be covered by the news media and the general public may have a chance to watch it on the news and hopefully make informed decisions when voting next time.

PLUS...

50% of the general public wanted TRUMP re-elected so they are going to be against whatever it is that the Democrats want to do...

AND...

while our country remains divided for the next four years, the rest of the world will take advantage of our division and do things that they normally would not have done when we were united...  a united country can put pressure on CONGRESS to take action even when Congress does not want to take action...

UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES...

our divided country could become even more divided...  even though the Democrats are asking the other side not to do what they did and come together...  the odds of that happening are a million to one if not worse.

THE PRINCE by Niccolo Machiavelli

Machiavelli composed The Prince as a practical guide for ruling (though some scholars argue that the book was intended as a satire and essentially a guide on how not to rule). This goal is evident from the very beginning, the dedication of the book to Lorenzo de’ Medici, the ruler of Florence. The Prince is not particularly theoretical or abstract; its prose is simple and its logic straightforward. These traits underscore Machiavelli’s desire to provide practical, easily understandable advice.

The first two chapters describe the book’s scope. The Prince is concerned with autocratic regimes, not with republican regimes. The first chapter defines the various types of principalities and princes; in doing so, it constructs an outline for the rest of the book. Chapter III comprehensively describes how to maintain composite principalities—that is, principalities that are newly created or annexed from another power, so that the prince is not familiar to the people he rules. Chapter III also introduces the book’s main concerns—power politics, warcraft, and popular goodwill—in an encapsulated form.

Chapters IV through XIV constitute the heart of the book. Machiavelli offers practical advice on a variety of matters, including the advantages and disadvantages that attend various routes to power, how to acquire and hold new states, how to deal with internal insurrection, how to make alliances, and how to maintain a strong military. Implicit in these chapters are Machiavelli’s views regarding free will, human nature, and ethics, but these ideas do not manifest themselves explicitly as topics of discussion until later.

Chapters XV to XXIII focus on the qualities of the prince himself. Broadly speaking, this discussion is guided by Machiavelli’s underlying view that lofty ideals translate into bad government. This premise is especially true with respect to personal virtue. Certain virtues may be admired for their own sake, but for a prince to act in accordance with virtue is often detrimental to the state. Similarly, certain vices may be frowned upon, but vicious actions are sometimes indispensable to the good of the state. Machiavelli combines this line of reasoning with another: the theme that obtaining the goodwill of the populace is the best way to maintain power. Thus, the appearance of virtue may be more important than true virtue, which may be seen as a liability.

The final sections of The Prince link the book to a specific historical context: Italy’s disunity. Machiavelli sets down his account and explanation of the failure of past Italian rulers and concludes with an impassioned plea to the future rulers of the nation. Well...

we have two Political Parties:  Democrats and Republicans and each of these parties wants to be in a MASJORITY position so that the IDEOLOGIES of their party can be put into action...   and, in some cases forced upon the American Public whether they like it or not.

Each State has a GOVERNOR and a State Legislature and these two bodies can influence what is going on politically in each of their districts prior to any National Election.

SO...

in order to achieve political power and control, each party must try to control each State (both Governor and Legislature) and each party must then attempt to control securing majority seats in the Senate and House of Representatives for complete POLITICAL POWER in America.

2019 Taxes

BECAUSE OF FORMER PRESIDENT TRUMP'S TAX ECLUSIONS, our family's taxable income was $30,000 less than our actual income...  consequently, we paid less taxes...  and, for a retired couple on a limited, fixed income, paying less taxes is a good thing...

HOWEVER...

President Biden is going to DO AWAY with TRUMP'S reduced taxes...  which means that our taxes for 2020 will be based upon $30,000 of additional income...  consequently, we will pay more taxes than last year even though our income has not changed.

BIDEN has claimed NO NEW TAXES for people in our income tax bracket...

BUT...  that is a lie...

Even though we face no new taxes, our rates will still increase...

BIDEN is playing with words...

He did not raise our taxes, he just eliminated our deductions and/or exemptions...

As a writer, I can take these 7 classifications and give then all different name with different descriptions and claim that my list of 7 is the only viable list to understand and accept...  so where does that leave us?

We all know what POWER is because we have seen it first hand from the time we were living at home with our parents and they used their parental power on us either to get us to do something or stop doing something...  and, in some cases to try and motivate us to achieve more...   and give us recognition when we pleased them.

Then there was the power of our teachers in school and their powers weren't as powerful as the Principle's powers if we misbehaved...  so, now we have witnessed three types of powers and we have not even left home yet.

Of course, the power of the clergy...  when we attended Church on Sundays with our parents...  and how they used that power to instill the power and wrath of God in us all.

Most of us have experienced police power once we got our driver's license and received our first speeding ticket...  using as a warning and a scare tactic...  so, their real power was somewhat masked.

In high school, we really discovered the power of PEER PRESSURE and it was difficult for many of us to escape this power either as victims or instigators.

AND...  if we decided to enter the military, we really experienced the power of intimidation at BOOT CAMP and later the power of rank and the power differentials between officers and enlisted.

Then, we have the power of the business world which is broken down quite nicely between management and labor...  just like in the military...   and further broken down in labor between those who have a supervisory role and those who do not.  Oftentimes, we see the power of HR because they have the power to hire, fire, reward, punish, and give raises and bonuses.

AND THEN THERE IS THE POWER OF POLITICS...

Extraterrestrials: More Proof -- December 2020

A former Israeli space security chief has sent eyebrows shooting heavenward by saying that earthlings have been in contact with extraterrestrials from a "galactic federation."

"The Unidentified Flying Objects have asked not to publish that they are here, humanity is not ready yet," Haim Eshed, former head of Israel's Defense Ministry's space directorate, told Israel's Yediot Aharonot newspaper. The interview in Hebrew ran on Friday, and gained traction after parts were published in English by the Jerusalem Post on Tuesday.

A respected professor and retired general, Eshed said the aliens were equally curious about humanity and were seeking to understand "the fabric of the universe."

Eshed said cooperation agreements had been signed between species, including an "underground base in the depths of Mars" where there are American astronauts and alien representatives.

"There is an agreement between the U.S. government and the aliens. They signed a contract with us to do experiments here," he said.

Eshed added that President Donald Trump was aware of the extraterrestrials' existence and had been "on the verge of revealing" information but was asked not to in order to prevent "mass hysteria."

"They have been waiting until today for humanity to develop and reach a stage where we will understand, in general, what space and spaceships are," Eshed said, referring to the galactic federation.

The White House and Israeli officials did not immediately respond to NBC News’ request for comment. Sue Gough, a spokesperson for the Pentagon, declined to comment.

A spokesperson for NASA said one of the agency's key goals was the search for life in the universe but that it had yet to find signs of extraterrestrial life.

"Although we have yet to find signs of extraterrestrial life, NASA is exploring the solar system and beyond to help us answer fundamental questions, including whether we are alone in the universe," the spokesperson said in a statement.

Eshed's ideas are spelled out in more detail in "The Universe Beyond the Horizon — conversations with Professor Haim Eshed" by Hagar Yanai published in November.

Chariot of the Gods

Chariots of the Gods is a book written in 1968 by Erich von Däniken and translated from the original German by Michael Heron. It involves the hypothesis that the technologies and religions of many ancient civilizations were given to them by ancient astronauts who were welcomed as gods.

Chariots of the Gods posits a variety of hypotheses dealing with the possibility of extraterrestrial beings influencing ancient technology. Von Däniken suggests that some ancient structures and artifacts appear to represent higher technological knowledge than is presumed to have existed at the times they were manufactured. Von Däniken maintains that these artifacts were produced either by extraterrestrial visitors or by humans who learned the necessary knowledge from them.

Such artifacts include the Egyptian pyramids, Stonehenge, and the Moai of Easter Island.   Further examples include a medieval map known as the Piri Reis Map, which von Däniken describes as showing the Earth as it is seen from space, and the Nazca lines in Peru, which he suggests may have been constructed by humans as crude replicas of previous alien structures, as a way to call the aliens back to Earth.   He uses this same explanation to argue that cart-ruts in Malta may have had extraterrestrial purposes along with similar lines in Australia, Saudi Arabia, and the Aral Sea.

The book also suggests that ancient artwork throughout the world could be interpreted as depicting astronauts, air and space vehicles, extraterrestrials, and complex technology. Von Däniken describes elements that he believes are similar in art of unrelated cultures.   Some artwork that von Däniken cites include the ancient Japanese Dogū figurines (which he believed to resemble astronauts in space suits) and 3,000 year-old carvings in the Egyptian New Kingdom Temple that appear to depict helicopter-like machines.

The book goes on to suggest that the origins of religions, including interpretations of the Old Testament of the Bible, are reactions to contact with an alien race. According to von Däniken, humans considered the technology of the aliens to be supernatural and the aliens themselves to be gods. Von Däniken asks if the oral and literal traditions of most religions contain references to visitors from stars and vehicles traveling through air and space. These, he says, should be interpreted as literal descriptions which have changed during the passage of time and become more obscure.

Examples include Ezekiel's vision of the angels and the wheels, which Von Däniken interprets as a description of a spacecraft, the Ark of the Covenant, which is explained as a communication device with an alien race, and the destruction of Sodom by fire and brimstone, which is interpreted as a nuclear explosion.   Von Däniken attempts to draw an analogy with the "cargo cults" that formed during and after World War II, when once-isolated tribes in the South Pacific mistook the advanced American and Japanese soldiers for gods.

Von Däniken also spends around one-third of the book discussing the possibility that humans could theoretically offer primitive civilizations on interstellar worlds advanced technology by the year 2100. This would, he writes, mimic the ancient extraterrestrial contact von Däniken believed to have happened on Earth.  SOURCE:  Wikipedia

I find it very interesting that this book was published in 1968...  53 years ago...  a half century...  and, the world is still interested in and captivated by Ancient Aliens...

I purchased this book in 1970 and after reading it completely, my interest in ANCIENT ALIENS was absolute...  there was no doubts in my mind at all...   and, I was surprised that intelligent people, including our political leaders tried to keep this information away from the general public.

It would be reasonable to conclude when one compares the two above paragraphs that JESUS could, in fact, have been an extraterrestrial who was visiting earth to share a religious faith with earth's inhabitants at that time...

AND YET...   to think of Jesus as being an extraterrestrial is rather absurd (sarcastically stated) given our knowledge of religion and of GOD as our Creator.

Actually, it makes absolutely PERFECT SENSE to suspect GOD, OUR CREATOR, as an Extraterrestrial...

AND...  one could now easily speculate as to how many "earth like" planets has JESUS visited spreading the word of GOD to those inhabitants.

AND...   this theory is far more logical that believing that ALL OF LIFE came from some sort of BIG BANG whose ingredients came from NOWHERE...

Are We Alone? Part II: Making The Case

So, from Part I, we learned that we have Planets, Dwarf Planets, and Trans-Neptunian Objects all relative to the Sun with the understanding that our SUN is in the center of our Solar System.  We also learned that our Solar System was about 7.5 Billion miles wide and how long it would take to cross our Solar System with a latest technology space ship or a space ship traveling at light speed, which was 12 years or 4.15 hours, respectively.

NOW...  let's get into the good stuff...  shall we?

Our Solar System lives inside the Milky Way Galaxy...  and, our Milky Way Galaxy contains about 100 BILLION SOLAR SYSTEMS...  so, just a quick and dirty analysis of the time it would take to cross our Milky Way Galaxy would be 1200 BILLION years if traveling by latest technology spaceship or 400.14 BILLION hours if traveling on a space ship at light speed.

WOW...  one might be thinking...   our Milky Way Galaxy is pretty FRIGGING BIG...  but, let me really boggle your mind by saying that OUR OBSERVABLE UNIVERSE has an estimated 125 BILLION Galaxies floating around in it...

125 times the size of our Milky Way Galaxy is the size of our observable universe...

Did you catch the word OBSERVABLE?

So, what does that mean?

That means that what I just described is only that part of our universe that our latest technology telescopes can see, including the HUBBLE telescope that has been sent into OUTER SPACE to help us look farther away...

It is estimated that our OBSERVABLE UNIVERSE which is comprised of 125 BILLION galaxies is only FOUR PERCENT (4%) of our total universe...  That means, that NINETY SIX PERCENT of our universe, we simply cannot see.

This means that our total universe has about 24 X 125 = 3,000 Billion more Galaxies than we can see.  And, to add to this mind blowing awareness, our damn universe is still expanding and more solar systems and galaxies are being created all the time.

IT WAS A CELESTIAL BODY THAT:   orbited the Sun

As a result, Pluto was no longer considered a planet.  We now only have 8 planets which are (in order of distance from the SUN):

We have the following Dwarf Planets (in order of distance from SUN):

1. Ceres
2. Pluto
3. Haumea

NOTE:  

1.  From one side of our Solar System to the other side of our Solar System is almost 7.5 BILLION miles and using the latest technology of space travel, it would take almost 12 years to cross our Solar System from one side to the other.  If you could travel at the SPEED OF LIGHT, it would only take a little over 4 hours which is less time than it would take me to drive from East TN to Myrtle Beach, SC.

Our Founding Fathers Gave Us Corruption At Its Worst

In addition to being SLAVE OWNERS, our Founding Fathers gave up a Democratic Republic form of government with the understanding that it is the people, the general public who elect Senators and Congressmen/women even though it is the Electoral College that ultimately elects the President.   And, at one point-in-time, our Founding Fathers perceived a President who could assume too much power, so they created Articles of Impeachment to keep that from happening.

However, these same Founding Fathers did not count on Senators and Congressmen/women acquiring too much power, nor did they anticipate that most career politicians would become multi-millionaires and no longer be in a position to align themselves with the general public from the standpoint of having any kind of financial empathy for those who were not as wealthy.

It is this political financial wealth that causes corruption and it is the LIES that the politicians tell the general public that keeps the general public continuing to vote for these same corrupt politicians...

OUR FOUNDING FATHERS DID THIS TO US...

A SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT WAS CREATED SO THAT THE GENERAL PUBLIC COULD BE EASILY MAINUPULATED BY THE WEALTHY POLITICIANS.

Now, in order to even think about being a politician, you have to be a multi-millionaire or be supported by millionaires...  Every once in a while, especially in the House, ordinary people get elected by their districts...  but, that seldom happens and when it does, the party makes sure it does not happen again.

Our government will always be controlled by the WEALTHY because that is how our FOUNDING FATHERS set it up...  and the rest of us are controlled via their corruption to stay in office.  All you have to do is look at what the House and Senate has accomplished over the last 50+ years...

FAMILY WEALTH

• In 2016, the latest data available, the average wealth of a white family was almost seven times more than a black family in the US.
• The black-white wealth gap was larger in 2016 than it was in 1983, when black family wealth data was first collected.

POVERTY

• Although the wealth disparity remains significant, African Americans have become more economically well off since the 1960s.
• According to the latest data, as of 2019 a smaller proportion live in poverty than ever before.

COLLEGE

• This is another area in which progress has been made since the 1960s.
• More African Americans had completed four years of higher education by 2019 than ever before - 26% compared with just 4% in 1962.

JOBS

• The African-American unemployment rate reached a record low of 5.5% in September last year - but it has spiked sharply because of the huge impact of the coronavirus crisis on the US economy.
• Before this, the white unemployment rate had consistently been about half of the black unemployment rate since records began, in the 1970s.

WAGES

• There hasn't been much movement in the disparity between the wages of black and white Americans either.
• The average income of black households is just over 60% that of white households, with this disparity barely changing over the past 50 years

NOTE:  There has been 11 Presidents in the WHITE HOUSE since the SIXTIES and NONE OF THEM have done hardly anything to IMPROVE RACISM or to put BLACKS in a better position here in America...  

WHY CAN'T OUR GOVERNMENT CHANGE ANYTHING???

Now here is my $64,000 question:  Why hasn't our Federal Government done virtually nothing to correct RACISM over the last 40-50 years?

One would think that AMERICAN LEADERSHIP especially when Barrack Obama was President for EIGHT YEARS would have done a little something to correct this ongoing issue of racism in America...

In 1966, I had just graduated from high school and was attending college in North Carolina and was SMACK DAB in the middle of the racism that was going on in America...  I saw and heard FIRST HAND, our political leaders PROMISE US that they would do something about it...

1. President Kennedy promised
2. President Johnson promised
3. President Nixon promised
4. President Ford promised
5. President Carter promised
6. President Reagan promised
7. President Bush promised
8. President Clinton promised
9. President Bush (son of other Bush) promised
10. President Obama promised

President Trump could not promise anything to anyone because he spent his entire 4 years fighting against the Democrats and the media to keep from being removed from office because his enemies HATED HIM....

So, TEN PRESIDENTS PROMISED that they would end racism in America and racism in America continues...

• White cops continue to KILL blacks
• Blacks continue to riot, loot, and burn our cities
• Police departments will be defunded to reduce violence against blacks
• Blacks will be re-educated to survive in white America

JUST LIKE BEFORE....   PROMISES...

Why Is USA Still Racist?

I live in a small rural community in East TN, 30 miles NE of Knoxville and about 50 miles SW of Bristol, in between the Cumberland Plateau and the Great Smokey Mountains and there is very little apparent racism in my "neck of the woods" other than blacks and whites don't:

• worship together
• play cards together
• go golfing together
• live in the same communities
• go partying together
• go eating together
• vacation together
• shop together

BUT...   I would suspect that this is true all over the US of A...  if one were to look at the situation closely...   In fact...  whites in my "neck of the woods,"  don't hang out with:

• Hispanics
• Latinos
• Mexicans
• Asians
• Orientals
• Russians
• Arabs
• Jews

HOWEVER...

• we attend school with all ethnic groups
• we work with all ethnic groups
• we co-exist with all ethnic groups in public

I know my wife and I have gone to several MEXICAN Restaurants and enjoy the food tremendously especially the refried beans and fried rice...  and, there are JAPANESE Restaurants or ORIENTAL Restaurants where they cook the food in front of you on a grill...  and, we go there on special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries.

I have no desire to go to a:

1. Black Dentist
2. Black Optometrist
3. Black Urologist
4. Black Gastrologist
5. Black Oncologist
6. Black Cardiologist

I am sure that I feel this way because I am RACIST and I am confident that BLACKS consider me RACIST because I have no desire to go to any of these doctors...  with that said, if and when I ever have to go to the ER, I will never refuse being attended to by a doctor of any ETHNIC GROUP...  although, I am sure that the blacks don't give a damn about my feelings.

WHAT CAN OUR

 DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT DO 

TO CHANGE THESE FEELINGS 

THAT MANY AMERICANS

 HAVE ABOUT BLACKS???

I would think that our government cannot do anything...  unless they use MEDICARE to force BLACK DOCTORS ON WHITES...

What Is Wealth?

Most people associate WEALTH with money, investments, making a profit, increasing net worth...   etc., and some people equate wealth with perhaps happiness...   or, peace of mind...  or, friends met along the way...  or, how much you have helped others...  or, living off the grid...

My association to WEALTH is MONEY...

The real question is now much wealth does one actually need?

Of course...

living location in the USA has a lot to do with it because a $150,000 home in East TN might cost you $300,000 in the NC Piedmont and $1,000,000+ just 8 miles outside of Washington, DC, and around $500,000 in the suburbs of NYC...

SO...

one actually needs more WEALTH/MONEY living in other States than in TN or perhaps other States that are farther south...

THEN...

there is the lifestyle...  and, that varies about as much as one's New Year's Resolutions...

1. How large is one's home?
2. How often does one eat outside the home?
3. How often does one purchase new clothes?
4. How new is the car that one purchases?
5. How often does one purchase a new car?
6. How many children live in the home?
7. How many adults work a second job?
8. How large is one's debt and is it increasing?
9. How much money is being saved?
10. Do you live by a budget?
11. Do you gamble your money...  how much?
12. How much do you spend on entertainment?
13. How often do you use public transportation?
14. Do you smoke, drink alcohol, use illegal drugs?
15. Are you healthy, maintain a healthy diet, and exercise?

There are people out there that are so much in debt that if they lived another 50 years and doubled their debt payments, they would not pay off the debt before they die...

These people are not wealthy...  and, never will be wealthy, even though they have a lot of toys, fancy cars, and a big house.

DO YOU LIVE AND ARE YOU MOTIVATED BY GREED?

If the answer to that question is YES...   then, the odds are, you will NEVER BE WEALTHY because you will never be satisfied with what you have...  you will always want MORE AND MORE AND MORE...

There are people here in East TN that are the happiest people that I know...  and, want for nothing, even though they are earning less than $50,000 each year with no other sources of income.  Their homes are modest and they have just enough space...   not too much...   not too little...  and paid for...  their cars are 3-5 years old and paid for, and they make sure that preventive maintenance is performed on a regular basis to insure they will last longer than anticipated.

These people have campers and spend their weekends and vacation time in recreational parks usually around a lake where there are trails and fishing.  In the Fall, they hunt in approved areas for deer and if they are successful, the cut, clean, and cure it themselves, and have freezers to accommodate.  Some attend Church on a regular basis while others have their own way of dealing with their spiritual beliefs.

The eat out regularly at the local country restaurant that has been in someone's family for decades and the prices are the lowest around...   just enough to make a decent living.

Some of these people are well educated, military veterans, well experienced with years of technical training but prefer living in the rural areas as this is their preferred lifestyle.

• They don't miss not going on Cruises
• They don't miss eating at fancy restaurants
• They don't miss driving new cars
• They don't miss buying new clothes
• They don't miss not going to Broadway plays
• They don't miss traveling the Europe
• They don't miss traveling to Vegas
• They don't miss traveling to the Beaches

THESE PEOPLE ARE WEALTHY BEYOND COMPARE...
