Justice For All

Is this the way it really is in the United States of America?

Hell no!!!

• Whites get different justice than blacks receive...
• Wealthy get different justice than the non-wealthy...
• Conservatives get different justice than liberals...
• Celebrities get different justice than non-celebrities...
• Educated get different justice than the non-educated...
• Females get different justice than males...

WHY?

Because we have a jury of our peers in the courtroom, deciding the verdict and those juries can be easily persuaded, especially if they do not want to be on the jury in the first place and want to go home as quick as possible.

BUT...  our Congressional Leaders and our Department of Justice Leaders and our Supreme Court Justices all think that we, as citizens of the United States are receiving EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW...

To me, this only serves to demonstrate the HYPROCRISY of our system...  even a fool knows this ain't necessarily so.

US Justice is Not Blind

 US Justice have never been blind not as long as I have been alive as it appears there is one set of laws for the wealthy, another set of laws for politicians, and a final set of laws for everyone else...  and, since none of this disparity in our laws has been challenged, the Supreme Court has never had to make a ruling...  so, we are left with what we are left...

However, regardless of these 3 sets of laws, what bothers me more is the fact that clever lawyers always manage to get their clients off on technicalities...  and, it is that knowledge that never escapes the public regardless of the jury's verdict...  case in point:  OJ Simpson

But today, we have an even bigger problem...  and that is how the law, lawyers, and the courts, have been used to prosecute blacks while letting most whites skate through the legal system even when they are not wealthy...  simply because they are white.

This is wrong no matter how one tries to slice it!

If Derek Chauvin's lawyer gets away with convincing the jury to award a lesser sentencing than what the black community expects there to be, THEN ALL HELL IS GOING TO BREAK LOSE ALL OVER THE USA...

Is this right?

Of course it is not right...  but, this is how it is going down...

Now it is possible down the road for a President to commute the sentence or pardon Derek but for NOW, he needs to GET SCREWED by the legal system.

This time our legal system MUST NOT BE FAIR...  it must be BIASED and it must convict with nothing less than the DEALTH PENALTY or LIFE in PRISON without PAROLE.

The blacks must be appeased...

The blacks don't want justice that is filled with loopholes for the wealthy and the whites...

BLACKS WANT REVENGE...
