Elite Whites and CRT

Critical race theory (CRT) is a movement that challenges the ability of conventional legal strategies to deliver social and economic justice and specifically calls for legal approaches that take into consideration race as a nexus of American life.

The movement champions many of the same concerns as the civil rights movement but places those concerns within a broader economic and historical context. It often elevates the equality principles of the Fourteenth Amendment above the liberty principles of the First Amendment.  Source:  MTSU.edu

The 14th Amendment contained three major provisions:
The Citizenship Clause granted citizenship to All persons born or naturalized in the United States.
The Due Process Clause declared that states may not deny any person "life, liberty or property, without due process of law."
The Equal Protection Clause said that a state may not deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.  Source:  NOLO.com

THE MAIN POINT OF CRT:
Some of the basic tenets of CRT rest on the belief that racism is a fundamental part of American society, not simply an aberration that can be easily corrected by law; that any given culture constructs its own social reality in its own self-interest, and in the United States this means that minorities’ interests are subservient to the system’s self-interest; and that the current system, built by and for white elites, will tolerate and encourage racial progress for minorities only if this promotes the majority’s self-interest.

Minority interests are subservient to the system's self interest which for all intents and purposes is fine, except in this case, the current system has been constructed by ELITE WHITES.

AND...  while I agree with this LOGIC, I would also like to point out that BLACKS are not the only ones impacted by the BIASED SYSTEM...  EVERYONE who is not part of the WHITE ELITE are negatively impacted by this system, especially those who do not have the financial means to employ the services of a HIGH-PRICED LAWYER to defend them.

SO WHAT ELSE IS NEW???

This shit has been going on every since I can remember and there have been plenty of NON ELITE WHITES who have been screwed by this system that the BLACKS are now bitchin' about.  However, the wealthy and well-to-do blacks are not saying shit because they can "game" the system anytime they want to just like the ELITE WHITES.

Unfortunately, in our society the wealthy and the well-to-do with always have the advantage regardless of Critical Race Theory until the Blacks become the ELITE WHITES  and can turn the system towards them so that they will have the advantage.

WEALTH AND THE ELITE (WHITE OR BLACK) WILL ALWAYS RULE OVER THE MIDDLE CLASS...  THE LOWER CLASS...  AND ALL THOSE THAT ARE NOT PART OF THE ELITE...

Fruit of the poisonous tree is a legal metaphor used to describe evidence that is obtained illegally. The logic of the terminology is that if the source of the evidence or evidence itself is tainted, then anything gained from it is tainted as well.           Wikipedia

Even though Michael Flynn plead guilty to lying to the FBI, that guilty plea is considered fruit of the poisonous tree because it was obtained illegally.
