A Racist Divided America

It bothers me not to see the US divided and it bothers me not that this divided nature is only going to increase.  The more divided we become the less likely it will be to control these divisions by the government, the police, or any other organization.  While division is bad for the overall country as a whole, it is actually beneficial for each division as each one of these divisions gain membership and as it grows it become more powerful...  just like street gangs or the Mexican Drug Cartels or the Mafia.

America is divided in the following areas:

1. Black and White
2. White and Other Minorities
3. Wealthy and Not Wealthy
4. Educated and Not Educated
5. Veterans and Not Veterans
6. Gun Owners and Not Gun Owners
7. Religious and Not Religious
8. Democrats or Republicans
9. Liberals or Conservatives
10. Management or Labor

America's divisions will cause her problems down the road in terms of a political party gaining complete control or law enforcement being able to control the masses...  but, our enemies like: China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, the Middle East, and Terrorists will be able to positively capitalized on this division...  unless we can come together to fight back their aggression.

In the meantime, let me suggest that when you are driving on the interstate that you drive in PACKS of CARS as you exceed the speed limit...  it does not matter if you drive 80 mph or 90 mph or even faster as long as you stay together....

WHY?

Because the police cannot stop ALL OF YOU....  there is strength in numbers...

POWER TO THE PEOPLE...  RIGHT ON...

Law Enforcement

I live in a small town in East TN and for the most part, it is more of a rural area than an urban area where most people live in communities with an acre of land...  In our community, most of the people stay indoors especially during the warm days and month and farm out the task of mowing and landscaping to a third party...  this area is NOT FLAT but hilly and curvy and provides perfect areas for law enforcement to hide their vehicles in the hopes of CATCHING speeders...   and, I wonder why law enforcement feels the need to HIDE in order to enforce the law.

It is because of this LAW ENFORCEMENT DECEPTION that I am a supporter of DEFUND THE POLICE...  however, I am not sure if I am a supporter of redirecting those monies of helping BLACKS have a better life...  A better life comes when one has an internal desire to have a better life.

FOR EXAMPLE:  when I left high school, I did not want to go to college but I did because my parents pushed me in that direction.  A few years later, I flunked out of college and enlisted in the military.  It did not take me long to realize that being in the military was not where I wanted to be.  I received an EARLY OUT to return to college and using the GI BILL, was able to not only finish my BA degree but attain an MBA as well.

I decided my future, not my parents.

I decided my future, not my environment.

I decided my future, not my peers.

I decided my future, I rejected white privilege.

BUT...

law enforcement is out of control and needs to be curtailed.  Americans, regardless of race and color, have the fundamental right to BREAK THE LAW if they want to and law enforcement should not be used to keep them from exercising that fundamental right.  If exercising our fundamental right hurts or impacts others in some adverse way, LET THEM HIRE A LAWYER...

We have the NATIONAL GUARD and we DO NOT NEED law enforcement to tell us what we can or cannot do, nor do we need law enforcement HIDING in order to enforce the law...  We have a right to PRIVACY.

Our Anti-Law Enforcement Movement

Personally, I think it is wonderful that our YOUTH has gotten up off their ASSES and started protesting against the government...  There has really been no significant protests against our government since the 1960's and the Vietnam War...  and, LAW ENFORCEMENT is a great VENUE about which to protest because of its prevalence for CORRUPTION and MISUSE of FORCE...

BUT...  and, this is the really frightening part of the whole protesting thing...  our country is about RULES,REGULATIONS, and LAWS and while law enforcement makes us feel like we are living in a police state, it is NONETHELESS an NECESSARY EVIL.

People in general and Americans specifically WILL NOT police themselves...

Let me give you one BIG EXAMPLE...

How many people when behind the wheel of a moving vehicle will police themselves and always drive the speed limit?

Answer:  NONE

We are not the kind of people to actually follow the law on our own all the time.

1. Americans like to STEAL small items from work
2. Americans like to LIE a little when it is convenient
3. Americans like to SMOKE a little WEED now and again
4. Americans like to CONSUME a lot of alcohol and get into fights to prove whatever
5. Americans like to BLAME others for their problems
6. Americans like to DO what they WANT when they WANT regardless of impact on others

Since Americans are like this, we need laws and we need people to enforce those laws and sometimes enforcing those laws requires the use of force because Americans do not like to cooperate with police.

Americans need to be controlled...

Americans need to be policed...

Americans cannot be trusted...

Americans have little to no discipline...

This protest will gradually fade away and things will go back to some sort of new normal.  Our police departments will be given new marching order, restricting the use of force against criminals and our retraining will create a police force that no longer racially profiles...  and, in about 10 years, we will look back on these changes to see if they worked or not....

AND, in 10 years...   RACISM in the USA will still be here...  and, will have changed very little...

Police Reform

I AM ALL IN FAVOR OF POLICE REFORM...

The police have gotten TOO POWERFUL as they attempt to STOP:

• Urban and Residential Crime
• The selling of illegal drugs in our cities
• Organized Crime and Racketeering
• Extortion and Bribery
• Gang violence and murders
• Rape and Sexual Assault

There was a time in the USA where CRIMINALS had better and more powerful weapons than the police...  and, as the police BITCHED AND COMPLAINED, city councils and States allocated monies for them to acquire sophisticated weaponry and SWAT teams.

I live in the Valley of East TN...   not in a city...  and, certainly not in a BIG CITY...  and, most days when I am out and about, I very seldom see any police at all.  And, when I do, they are not seen intimidating blacks in any way shape or form.

However, I cannot say the same is true for:  Knoxville, Nashville, Memphis, or Chattanooga because I have never lived in those areas for any length of time...  primarily just visiting if I went there at all.

PERSONALLY, I have no desire to live in a CITY large or small.

I also know that the State of TN has one of the lowest Highway Patrol Forces of any State...  and, taking that into consideration, it is highly UNLIKELY that one will get caught for SPEEDING on the interstates in TN unless you are near an urban area...

Nowadays, Highway Patrols here have enlisted the help of Sheriff Departments and local police to stop violators of the posted speed limits.  Still, their numbers are still small and since there are so many people exceeding the speed limits on a regular basis, they only stop those that they are relatively confident will not get overturned in a court of law if the ticket were to be challenge...  OR, the violator has an OUT OF STATE plate.

HERE"S THE POINT:  Law Enforcement NUMBERS help deter crime..  the more police the less crime...

During BIKE WEEK at Myrtle Beach last year...  my wife and I were there because we overlooked those dates...  always avoiding that week...  but, last year we were there...   and, saw first hand that the city of Myrtle Beach had a HUGE POLICE PRESENCE drawing on nearby police departments to provide additional manpower.

On the main beach road, there was only ONE LANE OF TRAFFIC and there was a group of several police every other block and a few police every other block...  the flow of traffic was stop and go and remained that way for the 4 hours we moved down that road.

All of the police wore protective vests and were heavily armed...

There was no trouble provided by the BIKERS even when most of them got drunk and began walking around the town...

I CANNOT IMAGINE WHAT IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN LIKE IF THE POLICE PRESENCE WOULD HAVE BEEN CUT IN HALF...  OR, IF MYRTLE BEACH HAD BEEN FORCED TO RELY ON ITS OWN DEPARTMENT NUMBERS...

Do Away With Law Enforcement

I heard on FOX NEWS this morning that there are certain cities/areas in the country that want to abolish or do away with the local police and law enforcement because of the death of George Floyd.  In my humble opinion, NOTHING COULD BE MORE FRIGGING STUPID...  and, all of these suggestions are...   hold your breath...  wait for it...  coming from DEMOCRATS.

NOW TO BE FAIR, these Democrats want to replace the OLD LAW ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT with a NEW LAW ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT that is more sensitive to community needs which will be more sympathetic to our BLACK COMMUNITIES...  but, unless they have a police force that is totally comprised of BLACK POLICE OFFICERS any white police officers will INSTANTLY make the BLACK COMMUNITY remember SLAVERY...  which seems to be their main problem...  

WHITES WILL ALWAYS REMIND BLACKS OF SLAVERY NO MATTER HOW NICE OR SYMPATHETIC THEY ARE...

Personally, I think that is a bunch of BULLSHIT...  It is completely wrong for WHITE Police Officers to RACIALLY PROFILE BLACKS but if we have an ALL BLACK police department, my guess is that after 2-3 years these BLACK POLICE OFFICERS will start RACIALLY PROFILING BLACK people too...  especially in the larger cities because they are the CORE of inner city crime.

That is not to say that WHITE PEOPLE do not commit crime because they do...  but, very few whites live in the inner cities of large metropolitan areas...  and, until that changes black will be committing most of the crime...

April Fool's Day

It really is time for all the illegal immigrants to leave this country and return legally if they so desire...  it's nothing personal, it's just that theoretically we are a country of laws...  unless you are wealthy or powerful or both...
