HOWEVER, 

Most Americans don't really give a shit about ALL OF THIS...  unless they can see or be told WHAT'S IN IT FOR THEM...

This is what a majority of our citizens have become in recent years, mainly because our CONGRESS does nothing and their parents gave them everything, so they FEEL ENTITLED...

And, maybe there is nothing wrong with that other than it puts pressure on our Federal Government to take care of them rather than they taking care of themselves.

Each of these 12 points comes with PROS and CONS and no doubt WHAT IF scenarios associated with moving in this direction or in that direction, but these are all issues that will, at some point-in-time be dealt with even if that action is to do NOTHING.
